Today, Zero Penalty launched its new Live Web Support System. Through this support system clients can access and directly interact with consultants for support of their infrastructure. This new tool compliments our existing communications methods which include, telephone, ticketing, email, and our project/task management systems. This system will provide clients with an interactive real time support system that some clients are more comfortable with then phone support, while providing faster support then other communications methods.

Zero Penalty launched its live Web Time Reporting system today. This new system allows clients to track time billed to them in real time. This will allow clients to be aware of any overages they may incure on their contracts and better manage their contracted hours. The Web Time Reporting is tied into Zero Penalty's ticketing system, allowing clients to correlate billed time to requests. It is also integrated with our project management system to allow clients to track time billed against project work.

Zero Penalty signed a contract today with CommonMind LLC to operate their existing web hosting infrastructure. This contract will allow CommonMind to focus on their core business of Web Development. Zero Penalty will support the infrastructure that CommonMind's clients rely on to operate their business.

Today Zero Penalty launched its new web site. The site contains company information, product descriptions and service information. Its simple design makes it easy for clients and potential clients to find information. The color scheme well suited for business makes it easy on the eyes, and follows the Zero Penalty corporate identity colors. We are proud of its design and look forward to servicing clients using it.

These new services through our business partners allow us to provide clients with a complete solution and a single point of contact. Our hosting and colocation services both domestic and offshore are all housed in class 1 facilities that have redundant power, network and cooling systems. Our clients will benifit from a single point of contact through Zero Penalty, allowing our expertise to ensure their environments are always online.

The company offers complete technology support services including managed services, infrastructure management and offshore services. Utilizing business partners and extensive staff expertise, Zero Penalty provides clients with end to end solutions. Zero Penalty was formed by the merger of two firms, NS3G and Modlogic, joining to form a new products and services company. Zero Penalty is welcoming new and current clients to family.
