The Principles
Born in Sudbury Ontario, Colin holds a diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis from Seneca College. He's held positions with industry leaders such as Rogers Communications, AT&T Canada(now MTS Allstream), and Q9 Networks. His strong business management skills as well as technology analysis and troubleshooting skills are integral to the solutions and services provided to our clients.
In March 2000, he founded NS3G aka Network Solutions, Support and Services Group a technology company focused on providing web hosting, colocation and managed hosting. NS3G was integrated into Zero Penalty in May 2007, including it's client base.
As President and co-founder of Zero Penalty, Colin provides direction on use of company resources, drives business development and client acquisition.

Born in Scarborough Ontario, and raised in Ontario's cottage country, Brett graduated with honours from the RCC College Computer Networks Engineering Technology program. His experience in the technology industry includes Fortune 500 and technology leaders such as UUNet/MCI, EDS, Q9 Networks and Scotia Bank. His strong engineering skills, as well as network and systems planning and design experience provide key components of the client solutions we provide.In April 2001, Modlogic Technical Consulting was born, and through this, Brett has been providing hosting and consulting services to private companies, primarily in the Canadian music and entertainment industry. In the year 2007 Modlogic joined NS3G to create Zero Penalty, folding in current customers and infrastructure, allowing for greater growth, direction and services.
As Vice President and co-founder of Zero Penalty, Brett provides planning, strategy and engineering of the client solutions we offer.
